Lexus is teasing its new LS flagship sedan which will make its debut at the 2017 Detroit Auto Show.
The all-new, fifth-generation LS flagship will be based on the new GA-L platform, which debuted underpinning the new LC 500. The LS will borrow some of its style from the smaller LC and from the LF-FC Concept.

That concept also used an all-wheel drive fuel-cell powered system which could find its way into production. At launch, the LC will likely offer the same powertrain as the LC 500, a 5.0-liter V8 with 471 horsepower and 398 pound-feet of torque. A conventional hybrid system will is another likely candidate for the car.
Lexus says the LC will have a spacious interior along with new “visionary technology” that will “provide drivers with the luxury experience they expect from a global flagship sedan.”
